Figure 2

Anisodamine (Ani) decreases serum K+ and increases serum E2 in male mice with crush syndrome (CS). Ani (28 mg/kg, i.p.) was administrated at 30 min before decompression in mice with CS, and methyllycaconitine (MLA) (10 mg/kg, i.p.) was given 30 min earlier. Blood samples were collected at 6 h after decompression. Ani decreased serum K+ level after decompression, and MLA significantly counteracted such effect of Ani (A). Ani increased serum E2 level after decompression, and MLA significantly counteracted such effect of Ani (B). N = 6 per group. ** P < 0.01 vs. CS model. # P < 0.05, ## P < 0.01 vs. Ani.
