Anisodamine (Ani) and E2 decreases mortality in mice with crush syndrome (CS). Ani (28 mg/kg, i.p.) or E2 (100 mg/kg, i.p.) was administrated at 30 min before decompression in mice with CS 2 weeks after ovariectomy (OVX) surgery or its sham operation.
