Heterogeneity in percentage of immune cells within the same GBM sample. In this figure, GBM10 and GBM54 are two representative examples of the heterogeneity in immune marker expression across different cores of the same GBM. GBM10, on the left, displays a strong heterogeneity in CD3 and CD8 infiltration between core 1 and core 2. Despite the overall lower levels in the immune infiltrate, GBM54, on the right, is also characterized by a substantial heterogeneity in CD3, CD8 and CD68. Scale bar 75 μm
