Effects of PTK7 knockdown on FGFR1 activation and cell proliferation in ESCC cell lines. PTK7-knockdown (PTK7-KD-6434) lentiviruses were transiently infected to ESCC TE-6, TE-9, TE-10, and TE-11 cells.
