(A) The effect of bufalin and oleandrin in the growth of Ramos cells that were treated with these particular agents for 72 h. Proliferation assay using the PrestoBlue reagent was performed as described in Materials and methods. The unit of conversion for bufalin is 10 ng/ml = 26 nM and for oleandrin, 10 ng/ml = 17 nM.
