A, After 7 days of co-incubation, gatifloxacin completely eliminated the log-phase growth of extracellular Mtb, with a kill of 5.16 ± 0.03 log₁₀ CFU/mL below stasis. B, Gatifloxacin showed a considerable effect against intracellular Mtb, with a kill of 4.82 ± 0.40 log₁₀ CFU/mL below stasis.
