Cytokine production by PBMCs at 24 h post-infection with T. gondii RH (Black), RHΔrop16 (red), and RHΔrop18 (gray) was stratified by genotype of the following SNPs: IFN-γ (rs2430561), IL-10 (rs1800871), and IL-1β (rs1143634, rs16944, rs1143627).
