The effect of CcpA on the formation of biofilm. SK36, ΔCcpA, and CcpA+ strains cultures were inoculated into microtiter plates and anaerobically grown as static cultures for 48 h at 37°C to form biofilms. (B) Quantitative analysis of biofilm production measuring at 570 nm using a microplate reader.
