A 24‐year‐old male with primary sacral (S1‐3) GCTB treated by definitive curettage surgery. Local recurrence was observed radiologically 18 months following curettage surgery A (CT) and B (MRI) demonstrating the comparison between before (A‐0, B‐0) and after (A‐1, B‐1) the denosumab treatment.
