A case of severe right earlobe keloids in a 35-year-old man. The keloids were caused by piercing and were removed by wedge excision and sutured primarily. Postoperative 8 Gy/1 fr/1 day radiotherapy was performed. Recurrence was not observed in the 18 months after the operation. (a) Preoperative view. (b) Design of the wedge excision.
