UL148 localizes to unusual ER compartments that are enriched for glycoprotein quality control markers. Fibroblasts infected at an MOI of 1 with either TB_148HA (A, C, E, G, I, K, M, O, Q, S, and U) or TB_ 159HA (B, D, F, H, J, L, N, P, R, T, and V) were fixed 96 h postinfection and imaged by confocal microscopy after costaining with antibodies specific for HA (UL148/Rh159, magenta in merge) and the indicated cellular markers (green in merge).
