The O-ATRP of MMA was performed with a [1000]:[10]:[1] ratio of MMA:DBMM:PC in 1:1 of MMA:DMAc v/v with 0.92 mL (8.60 mmol) of MMA in a vial with no headspace. See Supporting Information for more details.
