Genotypic differences in the degree or duration of seed dormancy among the 16 isogenic lines (ILs). The ILs are homozygous for the dormancy-enhancing/-reducing alleles at SD1-2 (A/a), 7-1 (B/b), 7-2 (C/c), and 12 (D/d), and tetragenic genotypes indicated by nonallelic combinations of the four loci in subscripts to individual ILs.
