Evaluation of the expression level of miR-9 in the tissue and serum of both breast cancer patients and healthy counterparts. (A) The expression level of miR-9 was significantly decreased in the breast cancer tissues (*P<0.05) in comparison with normal tissues. (B) There was no significant difference in the expression level of miR-9 in the serum samples collected from either breast cancer patients or the healthy volunteers. Values are presented as the means ± SD of 3 independent experiments.
