(a, c) PC12 cells pretreated for 2 h with different concentrations of Artemether were incubated with 1 μM Aβ_1-42 for 24 h .The lysates were submitted for measurements of phosphorylations by western blotting using specific antibodies for AMPK (P-AMPK), total AMPK (T-AMPK), GSK3β(ser9) (P-GSK3β), and total GSK3β (T-GSK3β).
