Transcripts levels of PrMADS10 in young radiata pine seedlings after inclination stimuli. Stem samples were taken at different times of inclination either on the lower stem side (L) or upper stem side (U) of the stem. Roots and needles were obtained from the same inclined (I) seedlings. Ctrl (control) means non-inclined seedlings. Data correspond to mean ± SE of three biological replicates and different letters indicate statistical differences (p ≤ 0.05).
