Effect of different doses of MK58911 (10, 50, and 100 mg/Kg) or amphotericin B (4 mg/Kg) on (A) survival and (B) fungal burden of G. mellonella larvae infected with 1 × 10⁵ cells/larvae. Six independent experiments were performed for survival curves, which resulted in a total of 48–60 larvae/group; three independent experiments were performed for fungal burden, which resulted in total of 15 larvae/group. ^*p < 0.01 amphotericin B compared to control group.
