SchA Upregulated miR-145 Expression in HG-Treated Cells
ARPE-19 cells were pretreated with SchA at the concentrations of 10, 20, and 30 μM and then exposed to HG for 48 h, after which the relative expression of miR-145 in these treated cells was examined by quantitative real-time PCR assay. Data are shown as mean ± SD and were determined by three independent repeated experiments. ***p < 0.001 versus control group; ##p < 0.01, ###p < 0.001 versus HG group.
