Oroxylin A suppressed human cancer cell growth. (A) MTT assay was used to detect cell surviving fraction after treatment of different concentrations of oroxylin A for 24 h and 48 h in A549, H460, MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, LN229, U87, HCT116, RKO, SMMC-7721, HepG2 and MHCC-97H cells. (B) Effect of certain concentration oroxylin A on the surviving fraction in human cancer cell were measured by MTT assay.
