IL-26-pretreated RA-FLSs induce osteoclastogenesis from peripheral blood monocytes. a RA-FLSs (n = 3) were preincubated with 100 ng/mL IL-26 for 72 h and then co-cultured with CD14+ monocytes from peripheral blood in the presence of macrophage colony-stimulating factor.
