Interaction between miR-138 and H2AX. (A) H2AX alterations following pcDNA3.1-H2AX and/or miR-138 mimic co-transfection. miR-138 mimic and pcDNA3.1-H2AX were co-transfected into SiHa and C33A cells. The western blotting results showed that miR-138 could inhibit H2AX expression. (B) Transwell assay after miR-138 and pcDNA3.1-H2AX co-transfection.
