Notes: MCF-7 cells were treated with 100 μM of baicalein either alone or in the presence of Neo, DM, and His for 2 h with the same concentration of 100 μM (A), or in the presence of different ROS scavengers, namely TU (500 μM), SOD (100 μg·mL⁻¹) and CAT (100 μg·mL⁻¹) (B) for 24 h and 48 h, respectively. All data were expressed as the means ± SD of values from triplicate experiments. *P<0.05, **P<0.01 and ***P<0.001 for the significance between the groups with or without pretreatment.
