PTCSC3 and Linc-pint regulated gastric cancer cell proliferation and stemness. Overexpression of PTCSC3 and Linc-pint led to significantly inhibited proliferation (A) and decreased percentage of CD133+ cells (B). Linc-pint siRNA played an opposite role and attenuated the effects of PTCSC3 overexpression on cancer cell proliferation and stemness (*p<0.05).
