Effect of icaritin (ICT) treatment on cell apoptosis and invasion ability in PCa cell lines. A, Cell apoptosis rate of PCa cells were measured by flow cytometry. Cells were treated (72 h) at indicated doses, harvested, and stained with annexin‐V FITC and PI. Cells apoptosis rate was analyzed in each group. The protein level of cleaved caspase 3 was significantly increased by ICT.
