Inhibition of autophagy by STO-609 prevents NSP4 interaction with LC3 but NSP4 interaction with Sec24 is unaffected. Immunoprecipitations were performed from rotavirus-infected cells cultured in the absence (–) or presence (+) of STO-609 using antibody against LC3 (A) or Sec24 (B).
