ODZ10117 suppressed tumor growth in breast cancer xenograft models. (A–D) Orthotopic xenograft model was generated by injection of MDA-MB-231 cells into the right fourth mammary fat pad of female BALB/c mice. (E,F) Subcutaneous xenograft model was established by injecting MDA-MB-231 cells in suspension with 25% Matrigel-containing PBS into the neck of female BALB/c nu/nu nude mice.
