Loss of HOXA9 enhanced NF-κB activity while inhibition of NF-κB decreased the expression of BCL-XL, ULK1, ATG3, and ATG12. (a) Total RELA protein expression and RELA translocation to nucleus was detected by IF staining. (b,c) The expression levels of BCL-XL, ULK1, ATG3, and ATG12 in both mRNA and protein levels were detected after the treatment with NF-κB inhibitor JSH-23 using 25 or 50 μM. (d,e) JSH-23 treatment was performed after HOXA9 knockdown to verify the effects of RELA in regulating the mRNA and protein expression levels of BCL-XL, ULK1, ATG3, and ATG12.
