miR-29b regresses in-vivo prostate tumor growth. PC3 cells were injected subcutaneously into the flank of nude mice. When tumor volume reached ~70 mm3, mice were divided into two groups and 10 µg of miR-29b mimic or control oligoes were injected intratumorally at an interval of 4 days.
