Pull‐down assay showed a physical interaction between FlgJ_Las and FlgB. (A) The protein GST‐FlgJ_Las was used as a bait for the pull‐down assay. GST‐FlgJ_Las was expressed in Escherichia coli, immobilized and washed on glutathione sepharose beads, and incubated with E. coli lysates containing 6×HisEGFP, 6×HisFlgB or 6×HisFliE. Pull‐down inputs containing the supernant of total cell extracts (A) and (B) were immunobloted using the anti‐GST and anti‐6×His antibodies, respectively. Eluted protein fractions (Elutes) were probed with anti‐6×His antibodies.
