Exosomes from ARDS patients promoted cell apoptosis and inhibit cell proliferation. A549 and HFL-1 cells were cocultured with exosomes from ARDS patients or healthy controls. Apoptotic cells were detected by flow cytometry after FITC-Annexin V and PI staining (a). Cell viability was determined by MTT assay (b).
