Species diversity was estimated as species richness (a, c, e; Hill number 0 or 0D) and Simpson diversity (b, d, f; Hill number 2 or 2D) using sample-coverage based rarefaction and extrapolation. Sample coverage was 97.9% for a and b, 98% for c and d, and 96% for e and f. Whisker bars are 95% confidence intervals.
