Fig. 2 — Comparison of written surveys vs. PEC feedback by Firm Chiefs in 2016 and 2018. For 2016, a greater number of Firm Chiefs reviewed, shared, and responded to feedback generated by the PEC than by written surveys; all of these differences were statistically significant (p = 0.04, 0.01, and 0.01, respectively). For 2018, a greater number of Firm Chiefs reviewed, shared, and responded to PEC vs. written survey data but these findings were not statistically significant (p = 0.16, 0.37, and 0.40, respectively)
