Sequential combination treatment with crizotinib and PARP inhibitors was shown to be more effective than the combination of Carboplatin and PARP inhibitors. Deregulation of multiple proteins including ERK, Akt and p53, all contributing to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, was induced by the sequential combination of crizotinib and PARP inhibitors in HGSOC cells.
