MAGEL2 expression is noted in the inferior ganglion of the vagus (IGV) nerve and the spinal ganglia (SG). (B) At CS19, 6 weeks into development, there are high levels of mRNA transcripts in the developing hypothalamus (Hyp), ventral diencephalon (VD), and (C) spinal cord (S). (D) At CS20, 7 weeks into development, strong transcript staining is present throughout the VD and in both the RP and PP. (E) A magnified image of the RP and PP from image (D).
