Effect of ADSCs on the growth and viability of SV-HUC, T24, and EJ cells. SV-HUC, T24, and EJ cells were, respectively, cocultured with SV-HUC, T24, and EJ or ADSCs at ratios of 1:1 and 3:1. The growth (A) or viability (B) of SV-HUC treated by ADSCs or ADSC-CM showed no significance versus control. The number of T24 (C) and EJ (E) cells was less in the treated group than the control group in dose-dependent manner. T24 (D) and EJ (F) cells viability was also inhibited by ADSC-CM in dose-dependent manner. Data shown are the mean ± SD of three independent experiments (**p < 0.01 vs. control).
