Measures were performed in selection buffer (40 mM phosphate buffer pH7.5, 100 mM KCl, 1mM MgCl2 and 0.05% Tween-20). Fluorescence quantum yield (QY) and enhancement were obtained at an excitation wavelength of 530 nm. KD values are the mean of n = 3 independent experiments ± 1 SD.
