The measurement units are the absolute differences in the boundary separation parameter values. Note that the data point on the far right came from unusually low and high fitted boundary separation values under speed and accuracy emphasis respectively, leading to an apparently large strategic adjustment. However, excluding this individual from our correlational analysis had little impact on the observed effect.
