Analysis of the bioenergetics state of human OLPs alone or treated with NMDA or NMDA + TSC1.

Representative experiment showing that NMDA increased mitochondrial respiration (oxygen consumption rate, OCR) and TSC1 did not modify this effect, indicating that cells have the need to produce more ATP in the presence of NMDA.
