Relative levels of caspase-3 were detected in culture media from embryos cultured until day 2. The cutoff value was based on the results from the receiver-operating characteristics curve (Fig 5). The probability of predicting pregnancy at a caspase-3 cutoff level of 0.02 was 67.9% (p ≤ 0.05).
