Ring-like subendocardial perfusion defect (arrowheads) is seen on stress, and disappears on rest images (upper row). Differentiation from microvascular disease may be challenging. Patient had multifocal severe stenosis (arrowheads) at left anterior descending and left circumflex coronary arteries.
