The ATL IC₅₀ was calculated as ${{\mathrm{IC}}_{50}}^{\mathrm{Vm},[{\mathrm{Ca}}^{2+}]}$ = IC₅₀^Vm × ${{\mathrm{IC}}_{50}}^{[{\mathrm{Ca}}^{2+}]}$/${{\mathrm{IC}}_{50}}^{\left[{\mathrm{Ca}}^{2+}\right]=0.25}$, where ${{\mathrm{IC}}_{50}}^{\left[{\mathrm{Ca}}^{2+}\right]=0.25}$ equals 64 µM. The final form of the equation is: ${{\mathrm{IC}}_{50}}^{\mathrm{Vm},[{\mathrm{Ca}}^{2+}]}$ = 317 × exp (V_m × 0.018 − [Ca²⁺]/0.69). Green color corresponds to the region of ATL therapeutic concentrations in the blood serum.
