Epigenetic aging Z-score, M (SD) | 0.31 (0.96) | −0.28 (0.90) | F(1,32)=4.73, p=.04 (Cohen’s d=0.63) |
Note. The size of IL-10 genotype groups among self-reported Blacks and Hispanics with HANA data lacked sufficient statistical power to examine differences in prevalence rates of past/current HANA conditions according to Paduzzi, 1996. Cohen’s d is an effect size used to indicate the standardized difference between two means: 0.2=small, 0.5=medium, 0.8=large. ANCOVA = analysis of covariance. M = mean, SD = standard deviation, OR = odds ratio, CI = confidence interval.
