Predictors are estimated breeding values (EBV) for natural antibodies (NAb) (EBVNAb) and EBV for resilience indicators (natural logarithm-transformed variance [ln(variance)], skewness, and autocorrelation) (EBVresilience indicator). Predictors were tested as one covariate (i.e. EBVNAb or EBVresilience indicator) and two covariates (i.e. EBVNAb and EBVresilience indicator). Shown is the hazard ratio (HR) and the p-value of the HR.
