Effect of miR-182-5p on NSCLC cell proliferation and apoptosis. (A) The relative expression level of miR-182-5p was determined by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction in the NSCLC cell line H1299 following transfection with miR-182-5p inhibitor or NC. (B) MTT assay was used to examine cell proliferation of H1299 cells transfected with NC or miR-182-5p inhibitor for 24, 48 and 72 h.
