We repeated the analysis of IL-15 in mouse serum using our ELISA systems to detect IL-15sol c as well as IL-15Rc d. Both c and d show a time course where mice were bled prior to injection and then on days 5, 8, 16 and 30 post-injection of IL-15 secreting leukemia cells
