The Effect of sodium butyrate (SB) on LHX1 mRNA expression in HCT-116 cell line. A) Cells were cultured for 24 hr with 6.25 mM to 100 mM of SB at 37°C. B) Cells were cultured for 48 hr with 6.25 mM 100 mM of SB at 37°C. LHX1 mRNA expression investigated using qRT-PCR. GAPDH was used as an internal control.
