Exogenous IL-10 mimicked the analgesic effect of EA. (a) The mechanical allodynia was relieved by IL-10 recombinant protein (1 µg/10 µL) intrathecally injected 1 h before incision (P < 0.001, vs. vehicle). (b) Intrathecal injection of exogenetic IL-10 (1 µg/10 µL) at 1 d after incision alleviated the mechanical allodynia at 0.5 h after injection (P < 0.01, vs. vehicle).
