I1PP1 overexpression alleviated CaMKII oxidation and phosphorylation in cardiomyocytes after H/R injury. After infection of the I1PP1 recombinant adenovirus, the cardiomyocytes were subjected to hypoxia for 4 h followed by 12 h reoxygenation. (a) Expressions of CaMKII oxidation (ox-CaMKII) and total CaMKII in cardiomyocytes after H/R injury were quantified by western blot. GAPDH was used as a loading control.
