Example of a two-color experiment by measurement of Kα and Kβ emission lines of Fe(BF4)2·6H2O using a 9300 eV excitation energy. Note that darker spots on the image correspond to higher intensity. Extracted emission signals are plotted on the image. Both Kα3,4 and VtC signals were multiplied by a constant to match the scale of the CtC emission signals. Pixel positions were transformed to energy scales covered by Si(333) and Si(440) reflections.
