Decreased expression of miR-410-3p predicts poor prognosis in glioma patients. (A) Relative expression levels of miR-410-3p in glioma tissues and normal non-neoplastic brain tissues were examined by qRT-PCR analysis. (B) Tumorous tissues were divided into high miR-410-3p expression group and low miR-410-3p expression group based on the average value of its expression levels. The log-rank test and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis were performed to evaluate the relationshiop between miR-410-3p expression and overall survival of glioma patients. (C) Relative expression levels of miR-410-3p in normal human gliocyte HEB cells and four glioma cell lines (U87MG, SF126, LN229, and U251MG) were examined by qRT-PCR analysis. **P<0.01.
